Partnership
Protect the account. Expand the margin.
If your client hires a separate software agency, that agency will find the weak spots in your infrastructure and your retainer is at risk. Partnering with us keeps the work, the relationship and the margin with you.
The invisible white-label practice
- We act as your internal Advanced Systems & Data Engineering division.
- All communication runs through your ticketing system and client-facing project managers.
- Under NDA, with no Avelis branding in front of your client.
- You decide the end price. Partners typically mark our work up 30–50%.
Billing: fixed scope or milestone.
The strategic co-delivery partner
- You position us as your vetted delivery partner on tier-1 data and engineering projects.
- We lead technical discovery sessions alongside your vCIO.
- Retained project teams for multi-quarter programmes.
- Direct subcontracting under a Master Subcontractor Agreement.
Billing: blended hourly rates or retained team.
Engineering discipline
What "dependable" means in practice.
Scoped before built
Written technical scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria before the first commit. No surprises for your PM.
Tested and reviewed
Source control, peer review, automated tests and staged environments on every engagement.
Documented to hand over
Architecture notes, runbooks and monitoring, so your service desk can own day-two operations.
Is this you?
Signals that a partner would help now.
Your positioning is shifting
Your site has moved from "IT support & helpdesk" to "digital transformation," "cloud strategy" or "vCIO services."
A solo analyst job is open
You are hiring one Data Analyst or BI Developer, usually after winning an analytics project without a team to carry it.
QBR promises without a path
Roadmap slides mention integrations or data platforms, and nobody internally owns the delivery.
Scripts nobody wants to touch
Client automations run on PowerShell and webhooks that only one engineer understands.
Questions
The things partners ask first.
Will you contact our clients directly?
Not unless you ask us to. In the white-label model we work only through your channels, and we sign an NDA and non-solicitation terms before any client detail is shared.
Who owns the code and the data models?
Ownership terms are set per engagement in the agreement. The default is that deliverables are assigned to you or your client on payment, with our pre-existing tooling licensed for continued use.
What happens after hand-over?
Your team can run the system from our documentation and runbooks. If you prefer, we can stay on as a Tier 3 escalation path under a support retainer.
How do you fit around our tools?
We work in your PSA and ticketing system, your repositories or ours, and your clients' Microsoft 365 or Azure tenants with least-privilege access.
Where are you based, and what hours do you work?
We are based in Hong Kong (UTC+8), which gives overlap with Asia-Pacific and Europe, and a handover-friendly offset for North America.
